There are a total of 154 CEH Masters in the world today and we are very pleased to share that 11 of them are from Singapore! We also have 4 Singaporeans in the Global Top 10 CEH Masters list for all-time leader board!

Ms. Hrithie Menon, the Top CEH Master for November 2020 and Top 8 in the all-time leader board was invited to a all-female segment on CNA 938 live radio show ‘The Double X Files’ with Yasmin Jonkers on 1st September morning as the only female Certified Ethical Hacker Master in the 11 Singapore CEH Masters to share about Certified Ethical Hacker and her own experiences.

Here are some key points from the interview where Ms. Hrithie Menon shared what a CEH master does and what her journey to becoming one was like:

​Yasmin Jonkers: Hrithie, you got this title CEH master very young while you were still in Temasek Polytechnics, can you tell us your journey to getting this title?

Hrithie Menon: Basically, we will have to sit for two exams. The first will be a multiple-choice question and then the next will be a practical exam, where we will be given a chance to prove our skills and abilities. So, earning the CEH Master designation is a way of saying that I learned, I know it and I proved that I know it.

Yasmin Jonkers: What is the role of a Certified Ethical Hacker Master? What do you do?

Hrithie: It’s meant to be a foundation for anyone seeking to be an Ethical Hacker and it was developed to give the chance to prove your skills. In terms of network penetration testing, or SQL injection (code injection) as it is one of the most common way of getting into a web base on the client’s website. The CEH Master test us all on this.
From the interview, the journey of being a CEH Master is not as hard if you learn it, understand it and practice it, you will have the chance to show case your skills and be the next CEH Master.
